CVTech-IBC is exclusively dedicated to manufacturing CVTs. Our manufacturing procedures stringently follow our engineers’ innovative designs. To accomplish this, the Methods Department serves as a link between Engineering and Production. This team handles the make-ready time operations, determines the most efficient work methods and selects modern tools in order to maximize our productivity. When make-ready time operations are completed, we rely on a production team made up of watchful, quality-conscious and responsible individuals. Quality is standardized using control procedures which comply with Version 2015 of the ISO 9001 Standard. Work is verified at each step. All work stations are equipped with appropriate validating measurement instruments. Moreover, our production system is computerized, which allows us to instantly know your Order Status. CVTech-IBC makes certain that all scrap is recycled and is committed to produce CVTs according to procedures drawn up in a mindset which is respectful of the environment.
